Abstract
Objective : This study aims to develop a cognitive rehabilitation tool based on play familiar to the elderly in order to induce active participation of patients with mild dementia, and to confirm its usefulness for patients with mild dementia and occupational therapists.

Methods : This study developed a cognitive rehabilitation tool for patients with mild dementia from March to April 2022. For verification, a questionnaire was conducted on the feeling of using cognitive rehabilitation tools for patients with mild dementia and occupational therapists.

Results : Both patients with mild dementia and occupational therapists showed positive results for the use of cognitive rehabilitation tools and difficulty, and very high positive results for satisfaction.

Conclusion : When the cognitive rehabilitation tool developed for mild dementia patients and occupational therapists was used, satisfaction was high. However, it is difficult to generalize due to the small number of subjects, and symptoms vary even if diagnosed as mild dementia. It is expected that this will become a new approach to cognitive rehabilitation for patients with mild dementia by supplementing the development and difficulty of the questions.
